Welcome to Rigaro Parts LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Rigaro Parts LLC, including purchases made through our website, invoices, payment links, by phone, or directly through our sales representatives. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products and Orders

Rigaro Parts LLC sells commercial truck replacement parts and accessories to trucking companies, repair shops, owner-operators, and other customers.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the parts ordered are appropriate and compatible with their vehicle before installation. Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Rigaro Parts LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or the transaction presents a potential fraud or security risk.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice or at the time an order is placed. We accept approved payment methods made available by Rigaro Parts LLC.

The customer represents that they are the authorized cardholder or otherwise have authorization to use the payment method provided.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be disclosed when applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, weather, supply-chain conditions, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Rigaro Parts LLC.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Rigaro Parts LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery and notify Rigaro Parts LLC of any damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Returns and Refunds

Defective products may be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Returns made between 31 and 60 days from the original purchase date are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days.

Electrical parts are non-returnable.

Before returning a product, customers should contact Rigaro Parts LLC for return instructions. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Rigaro Parts LLC.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Customers should contact Rigaro Parts LLC as soon as possible if they need to cancel an order. Orders that have already been shipped or specially ordered may not be eligible for cancellation.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except for any applicable manufacturer warranty or where otherwise required by law, Rigaro Parts LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rigaro Parts LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use any product.

Customers are responsible for proper installation and use of purchased parts. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional when appropriate.

Fraud Prevention and Verification

Rigaro Parts LLC reserves the right to verify customer identity, billing information, shipping information, and payment authorization before processing or shipping an order.

Additional documentation or verification may be requested for certain transactions, including high-value orders.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Rigaro Parts LLC directly regarding any billing issue, return, refund, or order dispute so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Submitting a chargeback does not eliminate any legitimate payment obligation for products that were properly ordered, delivered, and accepted.

Privacy

Customer information is used for legitimate business purposes, including processing orders and payments, fulfilling shipments, communicating with customers, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Payment card information is processed through authorized third-party payment processors and is subject to their applicable security and privacy practices.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
